Your Dream Project, Rendered in Perfect Detail — Before We Touch a Wall

Most remodeling projects fail because homeowners couldn't visualize the end result until it was too late to change it. Our 3D architectural design service eliminates that risk entirely.

At 4 Seasons, our design process begins with a deep consultation — listening to your ideas, your lifestyle, your preferences. From that conversation, our team builds photorealistic, scaled 3D renderings of your project: every surface, every material, every angle, in accurate proportion to your actual space.

You review the designs, request changes, and only once you're completely satisfied do we move to construction. No surprises. No costly mid-project pivots. Just confidence that what we build is exactly what you imagined — and usually, even better.

Why 3D Design

Avoid Costly Mistakes.
Build with Complete Confidence.

Most remodeling regrets come from decisions made without fully understanding the outcome. 3D design eliminates the guesswork — you see, review, and approve before anything is purchased or built. The result is a smoother project, a better outcome, and a home that matches your vision exactly.

"Seeing the 3D render of our kitchen before construction started completely changed how we made decisions. We moved the island twice on the screen — something that would have cost $12,000 to change in the field."

— Karen & David M., Encino
Avoid Costly Mid-Project Changes
Changing a layout, material, or structural element during construction costs 3–10x more than making that change on a screen. Approve everything upfront and eliminate that risk.
See Exactly What You're Getting
Floor plans and mood boards don't show you how a space actually feels. A photorealistic 3D render shows you exactly how your finished room looks from any angle, in real proportions.
Make Confident Material Decisions
See how your actual tile selection, cabinet finish, countertop material, and lighting interact together before committing. No more imagining how things will look together.
Streamline Permit Approvals
Our 3D designs translate directly into accurate permit drawings. The clarity of our documentation helps speed up plan checks with LADBS and local building departments.
Better Communication with Your Build Team
The 3D render is a shared reference point for every subcontractor, supplier, and builder on your project. No misinterpretations of drawings. Everyone builds from the same visual.
Protect Your Budget
Scope creep and change orders are the biggest budget killers in remodeling. A fully designed and approved 3D plan locks in your scope — protecting your budget from the start.
Common Questions

3D Architectural Design
FAQ

3D architectural design is the process of creating photorealistic, scaled digital models of your remodeling project before construction begins. Using professional design software, our team builds an accurate representation of your space — showing exact materials, dimensions, furniture placement, lighting, and finishes. You can view it from any angle, request changes, and only approve construction once you're completely satisfied with what you see.
For clients who move forward with a full construction project with 4 Seasons, the 3D design work is incorporated into the project. We also offer standalone 3D design consultations — contact us to discuss your specific project and we'll explain exactly how the design process is structured and priced for your scope of work.
Very accurate. Our renders are built to scale from actual measurements of your space and use the specific materials, finishes, and fixtures you've selected. Because 4 Seasons both designs and builds, the approved 3D design becomes the direct specification for the construction team — eliminating the translation gap that creates discrepancies between design intent and built reality. Our clients consistently describe the finished space as matching or exceeding the render.
Absolutely — that's the entire point. We present the initial design, you review it thoroughly, and we incorporate your feedback into revised renderings. We go through as many rounds of revisions as needed until you're completely satisfied. Changes on screen cost nothing compared to changes during construction. We never move to the build phase until you've given your full approval.
We design in 3D for every project type we build: kitchen remodeling, bathroom and spa remodels, custom pool and backyard construction, ADU and room additions, whole home renovations, hardscape and landscape design, and outdoor living spaces. If we're going to build it, we design it in 3D first. We serve clients throughout Greater Los Angeles and Ventura County from our Thousand Oaks studio.
The timeline depends on project complexity. For a single-room remodel like a kitchen or bathroom, initial renders are typically ready within 1–2 weeks of the design consultation. Larger projects — full home renovations, ADUs, or complete outdoor transformations — may take 2–4 weeks for the first design presentation. Revision rounds typically take 3–5 business days each. We work at the pace you need and keep you updated throughout.
